ADVERTORIAL FOR DOGS TRUST

December, 2021

If our dogs could talk, they’d ask you for help.

Little Pippin the Pug found his forever home this summer. Or so he thought. Pippin was cruelly beaten and left fighting for his life by the people he trusted the most. And if those vicious blows weren’t enough, he was left tied to a lamppost to die in the cold. Abandoned. Alone.

Little Pippin was one of the lucky few. He was picked up by one of our ambulances after a call from a friendly passer-by. Our pups are in crisis.

At Dogs Trust, we ensure that all pups brought in to our care are given all the love and attention they so desperately crave. Each pup is given a thorough check by our specialist team, and referred to vets if further checks are required.

After the specialist examination, each dog is given a tasty meal. (They always give us 5 paw reviews!) And then it is off to bed in one of our comfy kennels. Furnished with lots of toys to keep active minds entertained.

Sadly, 1 in 3 dogs left on the street will die there.

You can help change these odds for the better, and ensure furry little angels like Pippin will live to see another Christmas.

By donating:

  • £5 – a warm and safe shelter over the winter months

  • £10 – the above + a picture + thank you note from a rescued pup

  • £20 – the above + a cuddly Dogs Trust toy

Give a dog the gift of a second chance this Christmas.
